About The Trust
The Trust is responsible for the administration of the Hunters Hill Congregational Church Trust Act, 2013. This involves managing the property related dealings of the Trust and associated Congregations and ministries.
The Trust Board has regular quarterly meetings on the first Tuesday of the months of March, June, September, and December, and at other times if business necessitates.
The Congregational Properties are:
- 4/38 Exchange Parade, Smeaton Grange (Narellan Congregational Property)
- 6 Norfolk Blvd, Spring Farm (Narellan Congregational Property)
- Church Building (20A Alexandra Street, Hunters Hill)
- The Sunroom Community Café and Hall (20A Alexandra Sreet, Hunters Hill)
- 18 Alexandra Street, Hunters Hill (Church Manse)

- 1A Ferdinand Street and 9 Madeline Street, Hunters Hill
- 8 D'Aram Street, Hunters Hill
- 10 D'Aram Street, Hunters Hill (Trust Office)
- The Sunroom Community Café as a section of 20A Alexandra Sreet, Hunters Hill
The Trust manages properties, income, and financial assets consistent with Christian principles and in a way that is mindful of future liabilities and needs. The Trust also has a commitment to provide some direct support to ministries associated with the Congregations.
